Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for flowers and plants, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products
Provide care advice and product recommendations
Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing
Assist with stock management and display arrangements
Requirements:
Passion for flowers, plants, and customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of plant care (training will be provided)
Previous retail experience is an asset but not required
