Sales Representative

Europharma is dedicated to providing innovative healthcare solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, focusing on promoting our products across the Maltese islands, as per company’s exigencies, primarily within pharmacies, supermarkets, baby shops, detergent shops, and other retailers and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and target key customers within assigned areas.

2. Assess client needs and sell relevant products.

3. Conduct weekly visits to strengthen relationships and upsell.

4. Drive sales growth and exceed targets.

5. Ensure attractive product displays at customer locations.

6. Process orders and follow up as needed.

7. Educate clients on products for better recommendations.

8. Generate new leads and business opportunities.

9. Contribute ideas to increase sales and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities.

• Solid product knowledge and the ability to educate clients.

• Previous sales experience preferably in the medical field.

• Proficiency with retail software and Microsoft Office.

• A valid driving licence and experience driving in Malta
