Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to monitor client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Monitor contractual commitments, deliverables, and service levels to ensure obligations are met.
Manage client meetings, document action items, and track progress to completion.
Handle client queries, issues, and escalations through to resolution.
Identify opportunities for account growth and promote relevant products or services.
Maintain client status reports and monitor key performance indicators.
Coordinate invoicing activities and support the timely resolution of outstanding payments.
Provide client feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Education and Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in client relationship, account management, or a similar role.
Degree in Business, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
