Our client is a leading MEP contractor undertaking a range of commercial, leisure, residential and industrial projects throughout Malta.
Due to continued project awards, a Project Manager is now required to oversee MEP construction projects ensuring delivery in budget, on time delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinating with all stakeholders and internal teams
- Conducting regular site visits; monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Managing risks, change orders and variations
- Preparing and presenting progress reports, cost reports, and project documentation
- Ensuring all works comply with Maltese regulations, specifications and standards
- Supporting site supervisors and junior project team members
- Liaising with procurement to manage material deliveries and lead times
Talent will
- Demonstrate 4+' experience in project management experience
- Possess a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Have a track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Have strong knowledge of MEP systems
- Be proficient with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera etc
- Have excellent leadership and communication skills
- Possess a valid driving license.
