Racking Installer

We are expanding our internal installation team and are looking for Racking Installers to join our growing operations. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and want stable employment with opportunities to grow. 

The Role 

As a Racking Installer, you will be responsible for: 

• Installation, modification, and dismantling of pallet racking systems
• Working on industrial and warehouse projects across Malta
• Reading basic layout drawings and following installation plans
• Using power tools and installation equipment safely and correctly 
• Working at heights (mobile platforms / scissor lifts where required) 
• Ensuring all works are completed to required safety and quality standards 
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional worksite 
• Collaborating closely with the Project Coordinator and Operations team 

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in racking installation, steel structures, construction, or similar hands-on work
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Safety-focused mindset (PPE, procedures, correct methods) 
• Ability to work as part of a team 
• Willingness to learn and follow company standards 
• Basic English communication skills 
• Driving licence is an asset
