With 5 vibrant stores across Malta—including Tigné Point, Shoreline Mall (SmartCity), Zejtun, and Mosta—Homemate is where customers come to bring their home ideas to life. Now we’re looking for someone who can help make that journey even better.

🔧 Your Role

As a Sales Representative at Homemate, you will:

• Welcome and engage customers with energy and professionalism
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right DIY and home solutions
• Drive sales through excellent product knowledge and upselling techniques
• Ensure shelves and displays are well presented and fully stocked
• Work as part of a dynamic team to deliver an outstanding in-store experience
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

• A friendly, confident, and proactive personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for sales and customer service
• Interest in DIY, home improvement, or retail (experience is an asset but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player
