Marketing Executive

Our client is seeking a Brand Marketing Executive to join Malta’s leading hospitality, entertainment, and leisure pioneer, taking full ownership of the digital voice, campaigns, and on-site content creation for some of the island's most iconic lifestyle and entertainment brands.

The Main Responsibilities include: 

• Brand Ownership: Act as the internal champion for assigned brands within the group, driving their visibility, voice, growth, and ensuring absolute consistency across digital, print, and in-venue touchpoints.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Concept, film, and edit highly engaging short-form video content (Reels and TikToks) in line with current platform trends. Oversee copy, photography, and digital assets.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple media channels from conception to performance review.
• PR & Partnerships: Build media relationships, draft press releases, coordinate press activities, and support event/sponsorship partnerships.
• Project & Budget Handling: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including tracking budgets, processing invoices, creating purchase orders, and coordinating deliverables with internal designers and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Maltese is considered a strong asset.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the confidence to take full ownership of projects, juggle multiple deadlines, and pitch innovative ideas.

Education and Experience

• Hands-on experience filming and editing short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok) with a strong portfolio of social media storytelling.
