At Food Chain, we are driven by innovation, collaboration, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are currently seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our team and support the growth and positioning of our brands within the QSR sector.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. Working closely with internal teams, franchise partners, and external agencies, you will play an integral part in delivering campaigns and ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, local, and digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Support the creation and management of the annual marketing plan, ensuring activities are aligned with business goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate with international franchisors and partners to ensure compliance with brand guidelines while adapting global campaigns to the local market.
  • Assist in the development and rollout of new product launches, including planning, execution, and performance review.
  • Identify and drive local store marketing initiatives such as promotions, partnerships, activations, and community engagement.
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess customer experience, brand visibility, and operational execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, PR partners, and influencers to deliver effective and engaging campaigns.
  • Manage and update digital platforms including websites, online ordering channels, Google listings, and social media.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance and sales data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
  • Analyse sales performance, campaign results, and customer data to identify trends and support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Liaise with aggregator partners to optimise brand visibility, promotions, and sales performance.
  • Monitor digital sales platforms to ensure accurate product presentation and promotional execution.

 

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills, with experience in budgeting and performance tracking.
  • Creative and commercially aware, with a passion for brand building and customer engagement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools and other platforms.

Education and Experience

  • 3–6 years’ experience in a marketing or brand role, ideally within QSR, hospitality, or retail environments.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or postgraduate qualifications will be considered an asset.
