E-Commerce & Product Content Coordinator

Homemate is looking for an organised, detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce & Product Content Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role plays an important part in ensuring that our website, product information and promotional campaigns are always accurate, up to date and engaging for our customers.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Liaising with suppliers to collect product information, images and descriptions for new items

✅ Uploading and maintaining product information on our systems and website

✅ Ensuring product images, descriptions and specifications are accurate and complete

✅ Keeping website content updated and relevant

✅ Coordinating with suppliers regarding promotional campaigns

✅ Negotiating supplier participation and promotional support

✅ Setting up promotional pricing and sale triggers for campaigns

✅ Monitoring promotions to ensure prices go live and revert correctly on the scheduled dates

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

✔ Is comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets and online platforms

✔ Has strong communication skills and can build positive relationships with suppliers

✔ Can manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously

✔ Has a good understanding of websites, online content and promotional activities

✔ Previous experience in administration, e-commerce, marketing support or retail operations will be considered an asset
