Country Manager - Marketing

Our client is seeking a Country Manager with strong marketing expertise and extensive industry experience. The role focuses on the Swedish market and requires fluency in Swedish at a native or near-native level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the marketing and growth initiatives for the regulated Swedish market
• Plan and oversee customer acquisition and activation campaigns while ensuring compliance with local regulations
• Manage and optimise marketing channels to improve reach, cost-efficiency, and return on investment
• Work closely with the Marketing and CRM teams to enhance brand positioning and market presence
• Evaluate campaign results, customer insights, and market developments to identify actionable opportunities
• Track and improve key performance metrics such as acquisition, conversion, and retention
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including affiliates and agencies
• Identify new growth opportunities and areas for optimisation within the Swedish market

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the iGaming sector, particularly in marketing-focused roles
• Strong knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Hands-on experience with major marketing channels, including affiliate marketing, paid advertising, and social media
• Familiarity with the Swedish market and its regulatory environment is highly beneficial
• Analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to make performance-driven decisions
• Demonstrated success in managing KPIs and improving campaign effectiveness
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
• German language skills are an advantage
• Must be based in Malta
