Stewarding Supervisor

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Full-Time Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to lead the stewarding function and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and food preparation areas.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the stewarding team

• Ensure all kitchen and back-of-house areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organised at all times

• Maintain proper cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Monitor the correct handling, storage, and disposal of waste and cleaning materials

• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence

• Support kitchen operations by ensuring the timely availability of clean equipment and utensils

• Conduct regular checks and audits to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met
