Our client, a well-established hospitality group in Malta, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of its food & beverage outlets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences, maintaining high operational standards, leading front-of-house teams, and supporting the overall success and profitability of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant/bar outlet.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and professionally handle guest feedback or complaints.
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily operations efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene throughout the outlet.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and HACCP standards.
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be residing in Malta or hold a valid EU residence permit.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within hospitality or food & beverage operations is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure professionally.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
