Our Reservations Team plays a key role in shaping each guest’s journey, delivering accurate information, confident service, and a seamless booking experience that reflects the energy and service standards of the Hard Rock brand.

We are currently recruiting Reservations Team Members to support daily reservations operations and guest communications.

This vacancy includes opportunities for the following reservations roles:

  • PBX Operator
  • Reservations Agent
  • Global Customer Service (GCS) Coordinator
  • Reservation Supervisor

Role allocation will be based on qualifications, experience, and operational requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in reservations, customer service, call centre, or hospitality environments (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling bookings and guest information
  • A guest-focused, professional approach to service
  • Ability to work with reservations systems and standard office software
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
