Food & Beverage Supervisor

Prestige Travel Marketing Ltd is currently looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis at the Cavalieri Art Hotel, by Radisson Individuals.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Ensure the prompt and efficient service of food and beverages in accordance with company standards.
• Supervise and support Food & Beverage staff, ensuring professional appearance, conduct, and service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and provide on-the-job training to team members.
• Monitor staffing levels and arrange replacement staff when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Oversee the ordering, storage, and control of stock and supplies.
• Maintain security procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies, theft, fire, or other incidents.
• Complete required reports and administrative duties in a timely manner.
• Attend meetings and perform any other duties reasonably assigned by management.
