We Are Hiring

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our culinary and kitchen teams in the following positions:

  • Sous Chef
  • Chef De Partie
  • Pastry Commis Chef
  • Commis Chef (Asian Cuisine)
  • Commis Chef (Brazilian Cuisine)
  • Kitchen Stewards

Role Overview

Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining the highest culinary standards, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Chef Tournant

  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs across multiple kitchen sections
  • Supervise daily kitchen operations and service performance
  • Prepare and present dishes according to company standards
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Chef De Partie

  • In Charge of their section 
  • Supervisor daily operations of their respective section
  • Aiding sous chef of daily opertaions
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen team members
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times

Pastry Commis Chef

  • Assist in the preparation of desserts, pastries, cakes, and baked goods
  • Ensure consistency in quality and presentation
  • Support the pastry team during service and production shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the pastry section

Commis Chef (Asian Cuisine)

  • Prepare authentic Asian dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Support senior chefs in mise en place and service
  • Maintain section cleanliness and proper food handling procedures

Commis Chef (Brazilian Cuisine)

  • Assist in preparing Brazilian-inspired dishes and grilled specialties
  • Support kitchen operations during service periods
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are met

Kitchen Stewards

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Support chefs by ensuring a clean and organised working environment
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with dishwashing and waste management operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset
  • Passion for hospitality and high-quality food service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
