Barista

Our client, a leading organization in Malta's Hospitality & Leisure sector, is seeking a Barista to join their Food & Beverage Team. The group operates renowned hotels, international brands, and distinguished restaurants offering exceptional dining experiences across Malta.

The Role

As a Barista, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food products. You will ensure a clean and organized workspace, follow company procedures, and maintain a positive, professional attitude even during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Prepare beverages and food according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Follow operational and cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the team with ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Non-EU candidates must hold a valid Skills Pass (www.skillspass.org.mt).
