Medical Representative

As part of its ongoing commitment to driving growth and enhancing operational excellence, Prohealth is looking for a Medical Representative, to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

Job Summary:

The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting the Company’s pharmaceutical, medical devices, and dermatological products to HealthCare Professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare providers in both the private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit doctors, specialists, pharmacists, and other relevant stakeholders to promote the Company's range of pharmaceutical, medical devices, and dermatological products.
• Plan and organize daily work schedules to perform your job effectively.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Company's products, through continuous research, ensuring you can provide accurate and comprehensive information to healthcare providers.
• Create and maintain promotional materials needed for their work.
• Identify potential new opportunities in the market.
• Work closely with the sales team to implement product launch strategies and attend training programs to stay updated on product developments and industry regulations.
• Any other task as assigned by the Head of Commercial Strategy.

The Candidate must have:

• A university degree in pharmacy, science, medicine, or any other related specialty.
• A minimum of three years of experience in the field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Possess a clean and valid Maltese driver's license.
• High level of motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and a strong drive to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
