As we continue to grow, we are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new hotel in the heart of St Julian's. 

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Spa Massage & Beauty Therapists to join our team in Mellieha on full-time/part-time basis. If you’re dedicated to wellness, beauty, and delivering exceptional client care, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Role

As a Spa Massage & Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of high-quality treatments including massages, facials, and beauty services. You will play a key role in creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of massage techniques such as: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy Massage or other Spa Treatments, in line with our established protocols.
• Perform personalized Body and Beauty treatments tailored to individual client needs, ensuring the highest level of care and satisfaction.
• Welcome every guest with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
• Ensure a spotless, tranquil, and well-organized spa environment at all times.
• Support daily spa operations, including the opening and closing of Spa Areas, following set procedures.
• Promote and sell spa products and treatments confidently and knowledgeably.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of our beauty and wellness product range to make informed recommendations.
• Proactively suggest treatment upgrades and retail products to enhance the client experience.
• Provide expert after-treatment advice and recommend suitable products to support continued care at home.
• Keep up to date with health and safety protocols issued by the company and ensures that these are followed at all times
• Any other tasks commensurate to the role.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience
• Certified in massage and beauty therapy (ITEC or equivalent)
• Strong self-management and professionalism
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Friendly, positive attitude
• Very good spoken and written English
