Head of Operations

Do you have a background in Quality Management and Training looking for a senior role with real operational impact? Reporting to the COO, this leadership role oversees training operations, quality standards, compliance, and global project delivery, while contributing to the company's growth and client success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all training operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, equipment management, and logistical coordination.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of local and international training programmes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and accreditation standards across all training activities.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate instructors, supporting their professional development and maintaining high performance standards.
• Collaborate on the design, review, and continuous enhancement of training programmes to meet industry best practices and client needs.
• Provide technical expertise to develop tailored training solutions for clients.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, training quality, and overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience within the fire service, emergency response or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing training operations, projects, budgets, and teams
• Experience leading quality management and audit processes.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
