Fund Administrator & Operations Analyst

A growing international investment management firm with offices across Europe and the Middle East, specialising in regulated investment funds and global asset management solutions is looking for a Fund Administrator & Operations Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the daily operations and administration of investment funds, including transaction processing and trade reconciliation
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal fund operating policies
• Act as a key contact for investors, providing timely and accurate updates on fund performance and operations and responding to queries
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and support regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers
• Monitor operational processes and help identify potential risks or inefficiencies
• Support fund launches and ongoing operational projects

This job requires bi-annual visits to London for training sessions and in-person collaboration with colleagues across the business.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in investment funds and asset management is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication skills and strong command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently as well as within a small team environment

Education and Experience

• Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience within financial services or fund operations
