Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and support the timely completion of month-end reporting activities;
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring across assigned entities;
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business, operational, and strategic decision-making;
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls, compliance procedures, and audit requirements;
  • Assist with VAT reporting, statutory obligations, and other regulatory finance requirements;
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial planning activities to support business performance;
  • Collaborate with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insight and support profitability initiatives;
  • Support finance operations across multiple jurisdictions, including Malta, Greece, Cyprus, France, and Libya;
  • Assist with ERP, accounting system, and finance process improvement projects where required.
Experience
  • Qualified ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar finance role;
  • Experience working within a multi-company, group, or international environment;
  • Strong financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering experience;
  • Good understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, and finance process improvement initiatives;
  • Experience with ERP or accounting system implementation will be considered an asset;
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an asset.
