Finance Executive

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive and ambitious Finance Executive where you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations and contributing to the efficiency of the finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review supplier invoices and customer invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely follow-up and reconciliation
• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems accordingly
• Carry out bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies identified
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities
• Support the implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls and procedures
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with cash flow tracking
• Communicate with suppliers, auditors, and internal departments when required

Requirements

• Currently studying towards ACCA qualification or part-qualified candidates will be considered an asset
• Good understanding of accounting standards and financial processes
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software or ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively

Education and Experience

• 3 years experience in a similar role witin finance or accounting team
