Factoring Manager

Our client, a regulated European Bank specialising in cutting-edge industries like technology and digital advertising is looking for a Factoring Manager.

Factoring is a financial service that helps businesses improve cash flow by providing funding against outstanding invoices. The successful candidate will manage daily operations, support client relationships, and lead a team to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, support, and develop a team of Factoring Officers.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements where needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, debtors, and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Prepare management reports on portfolio and operational performance.
• Manage client and debtor records, including amendments and funding arrangements.
• Oversee factoring platforms, banking facilities, and related administrative processes.
• Review and maintain active client files, financial information, and supporting documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, collections, and transfers accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Team-oriented with the ability to build effective client relationships.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in factoring, banking, finance, or a similar operational role.
• Relevant degree-level qualification.
• Experience in factoring is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of digital advertising or the gaming industry would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
