Student Accommodation Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We welcome around 140 students per month who stay in approximately 22 apartments across Malta. The Student Accommodation Operations Coordinator ensures that these apartments are safe, comfortable, and well-managed, while providing structured, professional support to students and their accompanying teachers.

This is a hands-on, mobile operations role, not a desk position. You will be regularly visiting apartments, checking conditions, coordinating repairs, supporting arrivals and departures, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Look after a portfolio of student apartments and keep them in good working order

• Carry out regular on-site apartment checks (safety, utilities, cleanliness, general condition)

• Manage structured check-ins and check-outs for student groups

• Be the main accommodation contact for students and their teachers for housing-related matters

• Prioritise, respond and resolve issues appropriately during office hours(remote support, planned visits, or urgent intervention)

• Coordinate and follow up with contractors (electricians, plumbers, internet providers, cleaners, etc.)

• Keep organised logs, reports, and updates
