Sales Agent (Property) – No Experience Needed (Full-Time / Part-Time)

The Role

As a Sales Agent, you will be trained to handle residential property sales, guide clients through the buying and selling process, and close deals with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is target-driven, and wants to earn based on performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting and advising buyers and vendors throughout the sales process

Conducting property viewings and following up with enquiries

Learning how to negotiate offers and close sales transactions

Building relationships with clients, vendors, and developers

Prospecting for new sales opportunities with support from the team

Keeping property listings and client records accurate and up to date

Learning local market trends and property values

Working towards personal and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For

No previous sales or real estate experience required – full training provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ambitious, motivated, and target-driven mindset

Willingness to learn and grow within the property sector

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer and organisational skills

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
