The Role

As a Real Estate Consultant, you will take on a more advisory role, guiding clients through their property journey while learning the fundamentals of lettings and real estate. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing guidance, and building long-term relationships rather than focusing purely on transactional sales.

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the property business while developing the skills needed to manage clients, conduct viewings, and close deals with confidence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting and advising clients on suitable rental properties and market options

Conducting property viewings and following up with enquiries

Building long-term relationships with landlords, vendors, and clients

Learning how to negotiate agreements and close transactions

Supporting senior consultants and agents with client management

Keeping property listings and client records accurate and up to date

Developing knowledge of local property regulations and market trends

Working towards personal and team targets

What We’re Looking For

No previous real estate experience required

Strong communication and people skills

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills and organisation

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset

Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
