We are looking for dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our growing team and help drive our residential and commercial property sales business. Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Acquire new property listings and secure exclusive mandates.
  • Conduct property valuations and provide clients with guidance on market conditions and property values.
  • Create and maintain accurate property listings within the company CRM system.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for listed properties.
  • Promote properties through digital platforms, social media, print advertising, and other marketing channels.
  • Qualify buyers and sellers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Handle enquiries from prospective buyers and provide professional advice throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Prepare and coordinate all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio within your assigned area.
  • Cross-sell properties within the company network when appropriate.
  • Stay informed about market trends, property availability, and industry developments.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements
  • A Real Estate Licence is preferred or currently in the process of being obtained.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience.
  • Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and presentation.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Good understanding of customer service principles.
  • Basic photography and social media skills are considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is advantageous.
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle required.
