* Conducting professional property viewings and providing expert guidance to prospective tenants.

* Overseeing the full lettings cycle — from marketing and enquiries to negotiations, documentation, and move-ins.

* Preparing and negotiating lease agreements while ensuring full compliance with local legislation.

* Keeping listings and records accurate and up to date across all platforms.

* Working closely with the team to achieve targets and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment.

* Managing your workload efficiently within agreed part-time hours while maintaining a high standard of service.

 What We’re Looking For

* Experience in lettings, real estate, sales, or a strong customer-facing role.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple enquiries and viewings efficiently.
