Role Overview

Zanzi Homes Gzira is seeking motivated individuals to join us as full-time Sales Specialists.

This role suits professionals comfortable with a commission-only, high-ticket sales

environment who value flexibility and independence.

when working with our diverse clients.

Important: This is not a customer service job, and daily work is conducted in English.

Additional languages are simply a plus.

No real estate experience is required—we provide full training, tools, and ongoing support.

💰 Earnings & Structure

● Commission-only — no fixed salary

● Unlimited earning potential

● Typical annual earnings: €30,000 – €50,000+, depending on performance

● Comfortable with commission-only income

● Strong communication & organisational skills

● Fluent in English (mandatory)

● Speaking Serbian is a bonus

● Must be residing in Malta
