Structural Revit Technician

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Structural Revit Technician to join our team. The role offers the opportunity to work across all stages of structural design, with a strong focus on detailed design, BIM modelling, and construction documentation. 

Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Revit for structural design, good knowledge of structural engineering principles, and enjoy working collaboratively on projects of varying complexity. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Structural Engineers and multidisciplinary project teams to produce high-quality structural BIM models and drawings, including general arrangements and detailed drawings
• Prepare and develop structural drawings, BIM models, images, and related documentation, including coordination with structural design software
• Support the development and implementation of project-specific BIM workflows, BIM Execution Plans, and data management strategies
• Take ownership of the production and delivery of structural information for designated areas of the project throughout design and construction stages

Requirements

• Experience working on projects involving reinforced concrete and/or steel structures
• Ideally 3 years+ of experience using Revit for structural design
• A background in structural engineering or strong knowledge of construction and structural engineering principles
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, experience with Dynamo is an advantage
• Ability to work professionally within project budgets and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English, knowledge of Maltese or additional languages is an asset
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated approach with a strong work ethic

The remuneration package will be determined based on the candidate's experience.
