Steel workers

We are seeking skilled and motivated Steel Workers to join a dynamic fabrication team specializing in the production of staircases, railings, and custom metalworks. The ideal candidates will have experience working with stainless steel, steel, glass, and wood components, and be comfortable using modern machinery including laser and plasma cutting equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble staircases, railings, and other metal structures according to technical drawings and specifications
• Operate laser and plasma cutting machines for precise metal cutting tasks
• Perform sheet metal work including guillotine cutting, bending, and finishing
• Assist in welding, grinding, and polishing stainless steel and steel components to ensure high-quality standards
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines and client requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following health and safety regulations
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish of fabricated items

Requirements

• Proven experience in steel fabrication, metalworking, or related roles
• Familiarity with operating laser and plasma cutting machines is an advantage
• Strong welding and metal finishing skills (MIG/TIG welding preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Good physical fitness and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Awareness of workplace safety practices and regulations
