Ready Mix Driver
We are looking for a dedicated Ready Mix Driver to join our team, delivering high-quality concrete to various construction sites while ensuring safety and efficiency. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to exceptional service and timely deliveries.
- Operate and drive a ready mix concrete truck to transport concrete to designated locations.
- Ensure the safe loading and unloading of concrete, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and site personnel to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service while representing the company on-site.
- Valid HGV Class 2 driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a ready mix driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and loading materials.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
