Automation Engineer Team Lead

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop automated testing equipment for electronic and wireless products.
• Program and implement testing solutions using C, C++, and C#.
• Develop software interfaces and automated test sequences for production and quality testing environments.
• Support commissioning, validation, and continuous improvement of testing systems.
• Design electronic circuits used to interface with wireless devices and testing equipment.
• Lead and support a team of engineers, encouraging collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, automation, and product quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong programming knowledge in C, C++, and C#.
• Experience or interest in automation, testing systems, and embedded/electronic environments.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide technical teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to introduce and implement new ideas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different teams and functions.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Open to B.Sc is Computer Science with Electrical Engineering exposure.
