Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Saving the Day: You’ll be the first line of defence when our customers need help. Whether it's a question, an issue, or a moment of confusion, you’ll swoop in with your superpowers to make everything right.

Educational and skill requirements

  • Languages: Fluency in both English and Maltese is Mandatory
  • Communication Skills: You speak clearly, write like a pro, and know exactly how to make things sound friendly and approachable, whether on the phone, via email, or chat.
  • Team Spirit: You’re a team player who loves to collaborate and share ideas. You thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard
  • Customer Service Tips: Previous work experience in similar roles will be considered an asset. Training will be provided to all candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
