Our client is one of the leading retail operations in Malta. As they are growing they would like to engage a Store Manager (FMCG).

The Role

  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, customer service, and team performance.
  • Manage a fast-paced food/beverage retail environment with a hands-on leadership approach.
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or store leadership.
  • Drive sales growth, control costs, and improve store performance.
  • Manage inventory, stock availability, waste reduction, and shrinkage control.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate employees.
  • Maintain high standards in commercial performance, customer experience, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • A similar role coupled with Food &/or Beverage retail experience is a must
  • Proven leadership, accountability, integrity, and ownership mentality.
  • Strong commercial awareness, customer service focus, and ability to develop high-performing teams.
