Sales & Design Consultant — Showroom

For over 50 years, JoinwellFXB has been a trusted name in high-quality residential and commercial furniture, known as much for our craftsmanship as for our customer care. We're opening a brand-new showroom, and we're looking for a Sales & Design Consultant to help us create a welcoming, inspiring space where clients can turn their ideas into beautiful results.

If you're confident, curious about design, and genuinely enjoy helping people find the right solution for their space and budget, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Assist showroom clients by understanding their needs, preferences and budget
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including materials and brands
• Provide tailored suggestions and design recommendations
• Prepare accurate quotations and convert inquiries into sales

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to develop practical solutions
• Fluency in Maltese is required; an excellent standard of English is expected
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Genuine interest in design and customer service
