Sales & Design Consultant

At Studio Moda Ltd, we specialise in delivering high-quality office furniture and workspace solutions for leading companies, architects, and large commercial projects across Malta.

We are looking for motivated Junior Sales & Design Consultants who are ready to learn, grow, and develop within the world of commercial interiors. This is a hands-on role combining design support, sales coordination, and commercial administration, offering full exposure to real projects from concept through to delivery.

About the Role:

You will support our Sales and Design team across a variety of project tasks, gaining practical experience in office furniture solutions, quotations, BOQs, and client coordination.

We are also looking for individuals who are eager to learn, open to development, and willing to grow into the role over time, becoming strong professionals in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting client and architect meetings to understand project requirements 

• Assisting with BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and project breakdowns 

• Preparing quotations, pricing, and small tenders 

• Supporting office furniture layout ideas and design proposals 

• Coordinating with suppliers for pricing, lead times, and product details 

• Following up on quotations, tenders, and client communications 

• Assisting with sales administration and project documentation 

• Attending site visits and project meetings when required 

• Supporting the full project lifecycle from enquiry to delivery 

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in design, interiors, architecture, sales, or project coordination 

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills 

• Confident communication skills (written and verbal) 

• A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the role 

• Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment 

• Experience is not required – full training will be provided
