About the Role

As a Letting Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our lettings department, ensuring an excellent experience for both landlords and tenants while driving business growth.

You’ll manage a team of letting agents, coordinate property listings, handle negotiations, and ensure that all processes comply with Maltese rental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of letting agents

• Oversee property listings, viewings, and rental agreements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Ensure compliance with local letting laws and company standards

• Set and achieve departmental targets and KPIs

• Liaise with property management and maintenance teams

• Contribute to marketing initiatives and client retention strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in property letting or real estate management (minimum 2 years)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities

• Fluent in English (Maltese and/or Italian is an asset)

• Valid Maltese driving licence

• Professional, motivated, and client-focused
