Our client is looking to recruit a Design Project Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:
Coordinate design packages, deliverable schedules, and submission requirements across Architecture and Interior Design teams
Support project leads with drawing registers, document control, and issue tracking
Maintain coordination logs (RFIs, design queries, action trackers, meeting minutes, and transmittals) and follow up with responsible parties to ensure closure
Assist in design reviews, mark-ups, and compilation of submission packages for clients and consultants
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track actions with timely follow-ups
Coordinate inputs across disciplines (Interior Design, Architecture, MEP, C&S, Cost and Commercial) to reduce rework and misalignment
Facilitate communication between the company, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers as required
Support QA checks for completeness, consistency, drawing standards, naming conventions, and version control
Ensure correct templates, title blocks, and project standards are consistently applied
Maintain organized project folders and structured filing aligned with document management standards
Track deliverables against project programmes and highlight risks or delays early
Assist in maintaining scope clarity by recording design changes, client instructions, and key decisions
Requirements
Strong organisation skills and confidence managing multiple packages and deadlines.
Clear written and verbal communication with a professional, client-ready approach.
Strong attention to detail: document control, versioning, naming, and submission readiness.
Education and Experience
Experience in a design coordination role within Architecture, Interior Design, or a multidisciplinary consultancy.
Working knowledge of design documentation workflows and coordination across disciplines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with document control systems is an advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is an advantage (role dependent).
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the confidence to follow up and drive closure.
