Our client, a well-established consultancy firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator/Client Support Services Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
Handling all client communications
Liaising with MBR and stakeholders
Handling company incorporations and redomiciliation processes
Handling share transfers, liquidations
Gathering all data with regards to Beneficial Owner inspections
Reviewing of contracts and resolutions and any corporate documents
Supporting in the opening of bank accounts and banking payments
Handling any day to day corporate administration duties
Attending and preparing for board meetings of client entities, including taking minutes
Support the department when needed
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Corporate Administration role locally
Excellent verbal and written English
Experience dealing with high profile clients, MBR as well as banks
Education and Experience
Ideally holding a Diploma or Degree level of education
