We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Front of House Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, guests, and tenants, you will quite literally be the face of The Centre — setting the tone, creating exceptional first impressions, and ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
This role plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk, delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere (with a smile that can be heard even over the phone).
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in front office, customer service, or a similar role within a corporate, serviced office, or hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A polished, professional manner and a proactive approach
Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to multitask confidently
Fluency in Maltese and English is essential. Knowledge of a third language will be considered an asset. We are seeking candidates who are already based in Malta.
