Audit Supervisor

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Audit Supervisor/Manager to join their growing audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising audit engagements, managing the audit team, and ensuring high-quality audit delivery in line with applicable standards and deadlines.

Duties include:

• Plan, supervise, and review statutory audit engagements for a portfolio of clients
• Lead the audit team, ensuring work is completed efficiently and accurately
• Review audit working papers and financial statements in accordance with ISAs and IFRS/GAPSME
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during audit engagements
• Identify and communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with internal quality control procedures and regulatory requirements
• Mentor, train, and support junior audit staff
• Assist managers and partners with reporting, deadlines, and client relationship management

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in audit, preferably within a professional services firm
• University/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing
• Experience supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
