Inspirations Ltd - The Atrium in Malta is looking to recruit an Assistant to the Financial Controller to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The Atrium Malta is looking for a highly motivated individual who has pride, passion and energy, with great personal skills to work in the Finance Department whilst offering a consistently high standard of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the finance department in their daily duties
- Assist with reconciliations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
- Ensure control over financial transactions and reports
- Ensure controls of cash management and credit control
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Any other duties as required by the Financial Controller
The Ideal Candidate would be:
- A team player, but able to work independently
- Have an eye for detail, be organized and efficient
- Be IT Literate
- Will enjoy working in a friendly and exciting environment
- Experience of 3 - 5 years in an Accounts environment
- Minimum A-Level Standard of Education.
