Job Description

Inspirations Ltd - The Atrium in Malta is looking to recruit an Assistant to the Financial Controller to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role:

The Atrium Malta is looking for a highly motivated individual who has pride, passion and energy, with great personal skills to work in the Finance Department whilst offering a consistently high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and support the finance department in their daily duties
Assist with reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports
Ensure control over financial transactions and reports
Ensure controls of cash management and credit control
Assist in internal and external audits
Any other duties as required by the Financial Controller

The Ideal Candidate would be:

Able to work independently
Have an eye for detail, be organized and efficient
Will enjoy working in a friendly and exciting environment
Experience of 3 - 5 years in an Accounts environment
Minimum A-Level Standard of Education.
