Accounting Supervisor

Our client, in the Aviation Industry, is looking to recruit an Accounting Supervisor to support leading the team whilst also being the right hand of the CFO. 

Responsibilities: 

• Handling posting of invoices 
• Processing payments
• Supporting with supplier and reconciliation statements 
• Handling the posting of bank and credit card transitions 
• Supporting in the sales invoices 
• Handling bank reconciliations 
• Preparing any documentation needed for clients 
• Supporting in accruals and prepayment
• Handling all duties up to management accounts 
• Being the right hand of the CFO in terms of day to day duties 

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 -4 years of experience working locally in a similar role and industry
• Excellent verbal and written English and Maltese is a must
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Previous experience in the aviation industry would be considered an asset

Education and Experience

• Actively studying ACCA or equivalent, ideally in the final stages
