ERP Systems Manager

Our well-known client within the financial industry is looking to hire an ERP Systems Manager.

Reporting to the Head of the Department your main responsibilities include:

• Maintain, improve, and build workflows, functions, and settings to the ERP systems.
• Collaborate closely with strategic partners, technical teams, program management, and business users to develop and manage complex workflow rules, data checks, and triggers.
• Establish and run the service desk for ERP solutions following ITIL best practices.
• Handle daily administrative duties, resolve production issues, and undertake assigned tasks.
• Lead by example to motivate a diverse team of technical experts.
• Coordinate with Data Governance and Quality teams to maintain product quality and system integration, adhering strictly to data standards.
• Identify and evaluate emerging ERP technologies and trends and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure thorough documentation of system architecture and workflows for future reference and optimization.

• Combined work experience of 6 years, which may include roles related to ERP systems, software development, combination of both or a similar position
• Analytical thinking
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Candidate must be already based in Malta
• Previous experience working on any ERP system

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or similar
