Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing robust recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional project teams to lead the redesign of bank processes, aiming for effectiveness, customer-focus, and digital readiness where feasible. Providing direction and guidance to facilitate radical reengineering efforts.
