Our client, within the Retail and Distribution Industry is looking for a Sales Executive (Retail sales - Electric Scooters). Reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Process client deposits and after-sales inquiries.  
  • Manage pre-delivery administration (vehicle registration, insurance, etc.).  
  • Issue sales invoices and update the stock management system.  
  • Maintain accurate stock records and a client database.  
  • Handle administrative documents and operations.  
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed.  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday on roster basis: 09:00 - 12:00

A basic salary per month, plus a commission structure based on performance.

Requirements
  • Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Hold a valid and clean driving license.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with deadlines
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • High level of ownership, accountability and responsibility
  • Computer literate with a good command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Minimum of 2 years of local experience in a Sales role
