Aristocrat Interactive is a leading international online gaming company looking for a dynamic and motivated Partner Success Manager for our Malta site who will take full responsibility of the post-sales requirements of our B2B clients!

What You'll Do
• Push forward the business needs of the company with the client, finding the optimal balance between the client’s needs and those of the company.
• Growing business revenues
• Identify and analyze market trends and changing needs of your partners and then translate them into tasks to be undertaken by divisions within the company.
• Optimize partner performance through marketing and site optimization.
Reporting on your client’s KPIs
• Aristocrat Interactive employees are adequately trained in Responsible Gambling to protect customers from harm following the relevant licensing objectives.
 

What We're Looking For
• At least 2 years' experience in Account Management of international customers in the Online Gaming industry – a must
• Excellent English level (written and spoken) – a must
• Previous experience in an Internet company selling integration services – big advantage
• BA/BS degree - advantage
• WordPress experience/ basic HTML knowledge – preferable – an advantage
• Previous experience in Project Management – an advantage
• Previous sales experience - an advantage
• Experience Microsoft Office products (namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and work well under pressure.
• High business and service orientation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong team player, excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented
