Junior Actuarial Analyst

Our client, operating within the insurance field, is seeking to recruit a Junior Actuarial Analyst to join their growing team of individuals. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Calculating the Company's reserves using the right actuarial methods
• Assisting in preparing the Quarterly Business Reviews held with the Company's partners
• Conducting statistical studies in supporting the business whilst regularly monitoring the Company's portfolios 
• Calculating the SCR and MCR of the Company and providing adequate input to feed in the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment of the Company, in accordance with the Solvency II Directive
• Supporting and enhancing the actuarial / statistical tools of the Company
• Participating in the completion of any other technical exercises as required by the MFSA or the Company as may be required
