Thomas Smith & Co. Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit an Insurance Broker to join their team on a full-time basis.

Position Overview:
As an Insurance Broker, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their insurance needs, and ensuring seamless account management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements, and offering suitable solutions
• Gather necessary information from clients to assess their insurance needs and present appropriate options
• Research insurance policies from various companies and negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms for clients
• Ensure clients understand the terms and coverage of their policies by industry regulations
• Process renewals and amendments to existing policies efficiently and accurately
• Handle administrative tasks including paperwork, correspondence, and maintaining detailed records.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with clients
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation
• Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Fluency in both Maltese and English languages is required
• Eligibility to work in the EU is a must.
